HOW DOES IT WORK?

The patented ECO Systems device works by increasing the vapor pressure of the fuel, and producing a cleaner burn.

Proof
Physical changes in the vapor pressure of hydrocarbon fuel passing through the device are easy to measure. The vapor pressure is more or less the evaporative pressure at a specific temperature, and volume. For our purposes, we know that it’s raised when it passes through the device.

Cleaner Burn
The increase in the vapor pressure produces a cleaner burn. This produces more combustible energy and reduced emissions. Both of these metrics are well documented and the emissions reduction can be dramatic.

Reduced Particulates
In addition to regulated hydrocarbons, the device markedly reduces particulates.

Our school bus customers notice this immediately, and the reduced maintenance cost on regeneration (REGEN) units (they capture soot) is a significant money saver. The kids and teachers notice it first.

Catalytic?
Not in the normal sense. There is no consumption of molecules. The ECO Systems device is warranted for 5 years, and has an expected life of 40 years. We have customers with 24-hour operations, with years of continuous run-time on the device.

Vaporization with Heat?
No. Lots of installations are up in engine compartment, especially for passenger cars, but thousands are also installed away from the engine several feet away. Natural gas installs are also away from the heat source.

Reduced Fuel Flow?
No. The device does not restrict or inhibit fuel flow. The fittings and device are sized for the application.

What are the savings?
We are straight-up about this. It varies. Alot. On average 10%. Some get 4%, 12%, 15%, 30%. A trucking company is happy with 4%. Some school buses get 40%.

Some customers get no results. Since we don’t do the actual filling of tanks, and we aren’t looking over shoulders at odometers, we can’t explain this. On a side note – we have discovered that some drivers will, um, borrow, a gallon here and there when they fill up in order to supplement their side fuel needs. Not all the time of course, but it’s hard to control the variations in pumps, fuel quality, the definition of “full”. We also know that some small percentage of engines show no results. We offer a 90-day return and refund policy. Another factor we are familiar with is maximizing performance. The vehicle drives better, and it’s pushed harder.

Customer Testing
For all of our large customers, we trial the device on a handful of vehicles, in order to allow them to control the variables, and make the purchase decision with good information. For all customers, we offer a no-questions 90-day money back on the purchase price.

Physical Description
It’s a powder coated steel tube filled with copper. The exact details are proprietary, but the web site photos are nice and big, and it’s clear what it looks like. There are no moving parts. There is no maintenance of the device. There are different sizes for different engines and applications.
